420g cooked cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp rosemary
Preheat oven to 220 degrees centigrade. Mix all the ingredients and place on a baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes, reduce the heat to 200 degrees centigrade and continue to bake for another 30 minutes. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
